It’s been a while since we’ve heard the raspy voice of George Curry. Wait no longer: Curry has been hired to coach Berwick for the 2012 season following the late-season resignation of his successor, Gary Campbell.
So it looks like that number of 413 wins will bump up a few more. And it looks like the ill feelings that spilled out when Curry departed Berwick for Wyoming Valley west a few years ago have been pushed aside, if not forgotten.
If nothing else, some color has just been injected into Season 2012.
